These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Black Screen Kid Musics mobile application. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
If you are a parent or guardian, you accept these Terms on behalf of yourself and any child who uses the app under your supervision.
1. The service
Black Screen Kid Musics is an ad-free music player for babies and young children. Features include music playback, Black Screen Mode, Cover Mode, optional sleep timer, Parent Check gate, and optional premium features via in-app purchase. The app does not include third-party advertising.
2. Eligibility and parental use
The app is designed for use by parents and caregivers with children. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to accept these Terms and to make in-app purchases. You are responsible for supervising any child’s use and for all activity on your device, including purchases.
3. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial family use, subject to these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, extract source code, remove proprietary notices, or circumvent parental controls or payment systems.
4. Accounts
The app does not require you to create an account. Settings and purchase status are stored on your device and/or validated through Apple, Google, or our backend as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Free and premium content
Some categories are free. Premium options:

Prices are displayed by the App Store or Google Play in your local currency.
6. Subscriptions and billing
Auto-renewing subscriptions (Gold and Diamond):
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel in store settings (iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; Android: Google Play → Subscriptions).
- Refunds are subject to Apple/Google policies except where required by law.
Lifetime unlock: One-time charge; does not auto-renew.
Restore purchases: Available in the app, subject to store rules.
7. Refunds
All payments are processed by Apple or Google. Refund requests must be directed to the applicable store.
8. Acceptable use
Use the app only for lawful personal use. Do not bypass parental controls, redistribute content outside the app, or use the app unlawfully.
9. Intellectual property
The app, software, design, music, artwork, and content are owned by the Service Provider or licensors. Your purchase grants a license to access and play content within the app according to your entitlement—not ownership of underlying copyrights.
10. Third-party services
The app uses Apple App Store / Google Play for payments and Firebase for content delivery and optional purchase verification. We do not integrate advertising or analytics SDKs in this app.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE PROVIDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP OR IN-APP PURCHASES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR USD $50, WHICHEVER IS GREATER, EXCEPT WHERE LAW PROHIBITS SUCH LIMITATION.
13. Device and connectivity
You are responsible for your device, data charges, and keeping your device secure. We are not liable for failures due to device, network, or store outages.
14. Changes
We may update the app or these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
15. Termination
You may stop using the app by uninstalling it. We may restrict access if you breach these Terms.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the Service Provider’s jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.

18. App Store (Apple)
If you downloaded from the Apple App Store: these Terms are between you and the Service Provider, not Apple. Apple has no maintenance or support obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.
19. Google Play (Android)
If you downloaded from Google Play, you also agree to Google Play’s terms and refund policies. Google is not responsible for the app; the Service Provider is solely responsible subject to these Terms.
